1. Enter the email you used to purchase Golden Tickets

2. Click on "Official Seat Map" to view the official seat map of the venue. Note that the sections in RED are reserved for Golden Ticket Buyers.

3. You will be able to select the seats based on the number of tickets you ordered in the "Seat Selector" section.

4. Press Submit and take a screenshot or print the page for your records.

REFUND POLICY:
If you are unable to attend, please respond or send an email to support@musicalbasics.com with your Golden Ticket order number to receive a full refund. Please note that Golden Ticket Buyers have until 2 days before the concert (for example, December 10 for the December 12th NYC concert) to submit a refund request if they are not able to attend.

Q: When do I have to reserve my seat(s) by?

Golden Ticket Buyers have at least 1 week to select their seats before the General Admission Sales begin for the concert. Once General Admission begins, Golden Ticket Buyers can still select their seats afterwards. Unreserved seats in the Golden Ticket Section will be available to General Admission after the 1-week Golden Ticket Buyer exclusivity period. 

The final date for reserving your golden tickets is found below. After this date, those who do not select their seats will get auto-assigned seats by the system, the auto-assigned seats may not be in the Golden Ticket Section, and these auto-assigned seats cannot be modified. Therefore, we highly recommend you reserve as soon as possible to get the best seats.

Q: When will I receive the Regular Ticket(s)?

Once you reserve the seats and press "Submit", our system will process your seat selection, and you will be issued a Regular Ticket for admission.

Ticket issuance will be conducted by either the venue's box office or MB Productions, contingent upon the designated party managing ticketing operations for the event. Should the Venue be responsible for the box office services, we kindly request that you allow a processing period of 2-3 weeks to receive your ticket. If MB Productions is handling the box office, we will send you the regular copy of your ticket within 1-2 weeks.

Q: Can I still purchase Golden Tickets if the concert is already announced?

No, Golden Tickets are unavailable once the concert is announced and you will be redirected to the Regular Tickets Sales website (either the Venues or a separate page on musicalbasics.com) to purchase regular tickets.
