PLEASE NOTE: By reserving a seat, you are confirming your attendance and your ticket is now non-refundable.

1. Enter the email you used to purchase the General Tickets

2. Click on "Official Seat Map" to view the official seat map of the venue. Note that the sections in RED are reserved for Golden Ticket Buyers.

3. You will be able to select the seats based on the number of tickets you ordered in the "Seat Selector" section.

4. Press Submit and take a screenshot or print the page for your records.

REFUND POLICY:
Once you have selected seats and submitted them, the tickets are no longer refundable.

Q: When do I have to reserve my seat(s) by?

 

You must reserve your seats by 48 hours before the concert date.

Q: When will I receive the Regular Ticket(s)?

Once you select the seats and press "Submit", our system will process your seat selection. We estimate 2-3 weeks for the venue to process the information on their end and send you the Regular Ticket which you will present to the venue on the Concert Day for admission.
